Alpas Travel, LLC
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Alpas Travel, LLC (“Agency”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the client (“Client”, “Traveler”, “you”, or “your”), regarding the provision of travel-related services. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We act as an intermediary between you and various travel vendors, including, but not limited to airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, and car rental companies (“Vendor” or “Supplier”). Our services include:
3.1 Booking Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from the Agency, which may be delivered via e-mail or other electronic means.

3.3 Pricing: Prices quoted are subject to change until booking confirmation. Prices are not guaranteed until payment has been received, and the booking is confirmed. Prices are based on the availability of travel-related products and services at the time of booking.
3.4 Deposits: Certain bookings may require a deposit. Depending on the Vendor and their current promotions, the deposit may be refundable or non-refundable. The deposit amount and terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
3.5 Chargebacks: In the event of a dispute leading to a chargeback from your credit card company, Alpas Travel, LLC reserves the right to present all relevant documentation to the issuing bank to substantiate the validity of the transaction and services rendered. This may include, but is not limited to, booking confirmations, payment records, communication logs, and signed waivers. You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback without prior communication to resolve the issue with Alpas Travel, LLC may result in additional administrative fees and/or legal action to recover costs associated with the chargeback process.
4. Cancellation and Changes
4.1 Traveler Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary depending on the Vendor and the specific booking. You are responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by the Vendor and any administrative fees charged by us. We will provide you with the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking.
4.2 Agency Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of:
4.3 Changes: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees imposed by the Vendor and/or us. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your change requests.
4.4 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed once an approved refund request has been submitted in writing to the Vendor. The Vendor will issue the refund in accordance with the Vendor’s refund policy and may be subject to administrative fees. Refunds may take a considerable amount of time to process.
5. Travel Documentation and Health Requirements
5.1 Passport and Visa: You, the Traveler, are responsible for ensuring that you have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. We recommend that your passport have at least six (6) months of validity remaining beyond your intended return date. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your failure to obtain or maintain valid travel documents.
5.2 Health Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all health requirements for your destination, including vaccinations and other health precautions. We recommend that you consult with a healthcare provider before traveling.
5.3 Travel Protection Coverage: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and other potential risks. If you choose to decline travel protection coverage, you do so with the understanding that you will be solely responsible for any financial losses or expenses that may arise from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellation, interruption, delays, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. Alpas Travel, LLC will not be liable for any such losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.
5.4 Emergency Contact Information: You agree to provide emergency contact information prior to departure. This information will only be used in case of emergencies and will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
6.1 Agency Liability: We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Vendors. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising from:
6.2 Vendor Liability: Vendor’s liability is limited by their own terms and conditions, which you should review carefully.
6.3 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the services provided.
7. Traveler Responsibilities
7.1 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
7.2 Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries you visit.
7.3 Conduct: You are expected to conduct yourself in a responsible and respectful manner during your travels.
7.4 Travel Advisories: You are responsible for staying informed about travel advisories and warnings issued by relevant authorities.
8. Data Protection
We will collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
By utilizing our services, you consent to receive occasional promotional emails, text messages (SMS), travel updates, or newsletters from Alpas Travel, LLC. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in each email or replying “STOP” to any SMS.
We will not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your data with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., travel suppliers, insurance providers, CRM and email platforms) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your travel arrangements or delivering essential communications. All such parties are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the agreed-upon purposes.
9. Complaints
Any complaints should be submitted in writing to us within fourteen (14) days of your return from your trip. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations (including but not limited to rebooking, initiating refunds, or offering additional support) under this Agreement due to events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and Harris County. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Texas and Harris County.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to waive any rights or protections you may have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), unless such waiver is made knowingly and voluntarily in writing and in accordance with Texas law.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
You acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions by booking with us or by electronically accepting this Agreement.
