At Alpas Travel, LLC, I’m committed to providing exceptional service, personalized support, and professional travel planning. The following is a summary of my agency fees, which reflect the time, expertise, and administrative resources invested in your travel arrangements.

1. Working With Alpas Travel, LLC

Planning travel should be personal, stress-free, and collaborative. When you work with me, you can expect:

• Timely communication.

• Expert guidance.

• A deep commitment to understanding your travel needs.

Your first consultation includes a complimentary 30-minute phone or Zoom call to learn about your travel style and preferences. After this conversation, I will create a preliminary itinerary. Once we agree to move forward, a consulting fee will be assessed before detailed planning begins.

Custom itineraries may include flight options, up to three hotel recommendations per destination, and local transportation within the region. You’ll receive access to a personalized web itinerary and the TripPlans mobile app. Once the core arrangements are reserved, we’ll add personal touches and immersive experiences.

Returning clients and referrals may receive discounted or waived fees at the agency’s discretion.

2. Consulting Fees

These fees cover the time, research, and expertise involved in designing and managing your trip.

Initial Consultation

• Complimentary (30 minutes)

Custom Trip Planning (Land-based Travel)

• Solo traveler: $200

• Two travelers: $300

• Four travelers: $500

• Groups of 8+: $100 per person

Applies to complex itineraries including multi-destination trips or unique travel styles.

Pre-/Post-Cruise Planning (cruise must be booked with Alpas Travel)

• Solo traveler: $100

• Two travelers: $200

• Four travelers: $400

• Groups of 8+: $100 per person

Cruise Planning & Booking

• Complimentary

Includes up to two quotes with two cabin category options per email.

Airfare Booking Support (only applies when not part of a package)

• Domestic Economy, Premium, or First Class: $25 per person

• International Economy or Premium: $25 per person

• International First or Business Class: $50 per person

All consulting fees are non-refundable and due before continued research or planning begins. Fees may be waived or credited at the agency’s discretion.

3. Administrative Fees

These fees support secure processing, documentation, and booking support.

• Vendor Payment Processing: Included in trip cost. Payments handled via secure, PCI-compliant authorization forms.

• Rebooking (Land Travel): $50 per change per trip component.

• Rebooking (Cruise Travel): No fee unless the cruise line imposes a change penalty

• Late Payment / Reauthorization: $25 per occurrence

• Cancellation (Agency Fee): $75 per person, in addition to vendor penalties

• Chargeback Dispute Support: $150 minimum if applicable

All administrative fees are invoiced separately and must be paid prior to cancellation, rebooking, or document release.

4. Important Notes

• Fees are discussed at the time of consultation and confirmed before planning begins.

• Vendor fees (e.g., cruise line penalties or airline change fees) are separate and governed by supplier terms.

• Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue may result in additional fees and legal recovery of costs.

• All administrative and consulting fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• This policy is subject to change. The latest version is always available upon request or at alpastravelllc.com.

5. Payment & Acknowledgement

My goal is to deliver exceptional travel experiences built on mutual trust and respect. I ask that travelers:

• Respond promptly to communications

• Provide accurate information

• Review all documents in a timely manner

All fees must be paid securely via credit card or ACH authorization prior to services being rendered. By booking with Alpas Travel, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above and within the Terms & Conditions.
